While the holidays can be a joyous time of year, for some it can be quite challenging.  Join us throughout the months of November and December for classes and workshop to help calm stress foster greater wellbeing.

These gatherings are intentionally in-person to help cultivate presence, appreciation and connection.

THE ART OF SMALL TALK

Saturday, Nov. 22nd | 9:30 to 11am

With the holiday season upon us, we may find ourselves in social environments. How often do you find yourself afraid to strike up a conversation with someone you’d really like to talk to?  Social connection is crucial to our happiness.  Yet, most of us find it difficult to start a conversation with a stranger,  believing the stranger wouldn’t want to talk to us. But this couldn’t be further from the truth!

Studies show that people are far more interested in connecting and chatting with a stranger can be just as enjoyable as talking to a friend. Even if you tend to be introverted or socially reserved, social connection can boost your joy.

During this workshop, we’ll learn and practice the art of small talk, paving the way for more social connections and happiness!

CIRCLE OF GRATITUDE GATHERING

Saturday, Nov 29th | 9:30am to 11am

During this 90-minute experiential workshop we’ll slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and cultivate gratitude through mindfulness. The session blends grounding meditation, reflective journaling, gentle movement, and optional small-group sharing. Perfect for anyone seeking greater clarity, calm and connection.

We’ll explore the science of gratitude, practice a guided gratitude meditation, and learn simple tools for weaving appreciation into daily life, support long-term emotional balance and resilience.

EXPLORING SILENCE:
A MINI-MEDITATION RETREAT

Sunday, Nov. 29th | 10am to 2pm

Discover the inner peace, beauty and joy that unfolds when we pause with intention.  During this deeply restorative 4-hour journey, we’ll reflect on 2025 and set intentions for 2026. Our mini-meditation retreat nourishes your mind, body and spirit — and helps you begin the process of resetting your nervous system.

Join us on Zoom for our Midweek Mindfulness Practice & Live Chat on Wednesdays at 7pm. We'll take time to pause and reflect. Then we'll invite guests to talk about the status of their intentions, goals and personal mindfulness journey. RSVP for one or all sessions in June.
