CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
While the holidays can be a joyous time of year, for some it can be quite challenging. Join us throughout the months of November and December for classes and workshop to help calm stress foster greater wellbeing.
These gatherings are intentionally in-person to help cultivate presence, appreciation and connection.
CIRCLE OF GRATITUDE GATHERINGS
Workshops run from 9:30am to 11am
During these 90-minute experiential workshop we’ll slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and cultivate gratitude through mindfulness. The session blends grounding meditation, reflective journaling, gentle movement, and optional small-group sharing. Perfect for anyone seeking greater clarity, calm and connection.
We’ll explore the science of gratitude, practice a guided gratitude meditation, and learn simple tools for weaving appreciation into daily life, support long-term emotional balance and resilience.
Each session runs from 9:30am to 11am
Developing Gratitude | December 13th
Discover how practicing gratitude can lift your mood, raise your energy level and help create more positive experiences in your life.
Cultivating Optimism | December 20th
We have a choice of where we focus our awareness. When we engage in negative thought patterns, we begin to spiral into a world of lack & despair. Fortunately, we can begin to train our minds to become more optimistic, opening the path to recognizing beauty & joy!
Learning to Forgive | December 27th
Baggage from resentments and past hurt can weigh us down, strip us of our power and impose limitations. Learning to forgive, whether ourselves or others, offers us freedom from being trapped in the past.

Join us on Zoom for our Midweek Mindfulness Practice & Live Chat on Wednesdays at 7pm. We'll take time to pause and reflect. Then we'll invite guests to talk about the status of their intentions, goals and personal mindfulness journey. RSVP for one or all sessions in June.
